AFFOGATO WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM

· ¾ cup sugar
· 2 cups heavy cream
· 1 cup milk
· A splash of Vainilla Molina
· 1 shot espresso (for serving)

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs until they reach a light and frothy consistency.
2. Gradually add sugar, continuing to whisk for 1 more minute.
3. Stir in whipping cream, milk and a splash of Vainilla Molina. Mix well, until fully combined.
4. Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Once ready, transfer ice cream to a container and freeze until firm to ice cream consistency.
6. Serve 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream in a cup or small glass and pour a hot shot of espresso over the top. Repeat for 4 servings.
