Matcha Cheesecake: The Latest Spring Obsession

Spring is the perfect time for matcha! Its vibrant color, versatility and unique flavor make it an ideal ingredient for giving drinks and desserts a fresh twist.

Today, we're sharing how to incorporate matcha into a cheesecake that's wonderfully light and fluffy, with an extra layer of irresistible flavor from a hint of Vanilla Molina.

The best part? You don’t need a lot to whip it up!

Ingredients:

For crust:

· 1 cup vanilla cookies, crumbled

· 3 tbsp butter, melted

For filling:

· 1 package cream cheese

· A big splash Vainilla Molina

· 2 tbsp sugar

· 3 tbsp matcha powder

· 1 cup whipped cream

Directions:

· Mix cookies with butter and press into a pie pan.

· In a large bowl, mix cheese with sugar, a big splash of Vainilla Molina and matcha powder.

· Beat to a homogeneous consistency.

· Add whipped cream to cheese mixture.

· Add this cream to base of pie and refrigerate until firm.

· Sprinkle with matcha powder and serve.

Note: Our mold is on the larger side, so feel free to divide the mixture into smaller molds if you prefer.
