YOGURT TART

1¾ cups unsweetened plain Greek yogurt

3 tbsp agave syrup

¼ cup cornstarch

3 eggs

A splash of Vainilla Molina

Raspberries or other mix berries

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
3. Pour batter into a 15 cm (6-inch) round cake tin lined with parchment paper. Tap tin gently to level batter.
4. Cover tin with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 50 minutes, removing foil after 20 minutes to allow top to brown slightly.
6. Remove tart from oven and let cool in pan for 20 minutes.
7. Transfer to a plate with its parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set completely.
8. Top with berries before serving.
