Directions

Directions

    Churro Dough:

    1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water, butter and sugar. Stir until butter has melted completely.

    2. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until the dough forms. Cook for 1 more minute, stirring continuously.

    3. Remove from heat and let dough rest for a few minutes to cool slightly.

    4. Add egg and mix until fully incorporated.

    5. Transfer dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

    6. Pipe small churro bites directly onto a piece of parchment paper over a baking sheet. Use kitchen scissors to snip off each bite-sized piece.

    7. Lightly brush churro bites with melted butter for extra color and crispiness.

    8. Preheat air fryer to 375 °F.

    9. Air fry churro bites at same temperature for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

    Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

    10. In a shallow bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. While churros are still warm, toss in cinnamon sugar.

    Chocolate Ganache Dip:

    11. Heat heavy cream in microwave or on stovetop until it just begins to simmer.

    12. Pour hot cream over chopped dark chocolate in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

    13. Stir gently until smooth and glossy, then add a splash of Vainilla Molina.

    14. Enjoy warm, crispy churro bites dipped in rich chocolate ganache!
