Candy Corn Milkshake

Ingredients:

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• Orange and yellow food coloring
• A splash of Vainilla Molina
• Whipped cream
• Sprinkles or candy corn (optional)

Directions:

1.Prepare yellow layer: Blend 1/3 vanilla ice cream with a few drops yellow food coloring and a splash of Vainilla Molina.

2.Pour into bottom of milkshake glass to form first layer.

3. Freeze for a few minutes to help it set before adding the next layer.

4Prepare orange layer: Blend another 1/3 vanilla ice cream with a few drops orange food coloring and another splash of Vainilla Molina.

5. Carefully pour over yellow layer to form second layer.

6.Return to freezer to firm up slightly.

7. Prepare white layer: Blend remaining 1/3 vanilla ice cream with a final splash of Vainilla Molina until smooth.
8. Gently add it as the top layer.
9. Garnish & serve: Top with whipped cream and garnish with candy corn or festive sprinkles, if you'd like. Serve immediately or freeze briefly to firm up before serving.

Chocolate Mummy Cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/5 cup dark chocolate
• A splash of Vainilla Molina
• 2 large eggs
• 1 ½ tbsp honey
• ½ cup refined sugar
• 2 ½ tbsp whipping cream
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
•1/3 cup almond flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder

To decorate:

• ½ cup white chocolate, melted
• 32 small candy eyes (for mummies)

Directions:

1.Melt dark chocolate and butter in microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until well combined.

2. Let chocolate mixture cool slightly. Then, add eggs and sugar, beating until sugar is completely dissolved. Add whipping cream and beat again. Add honey and mix all ingredients well for approximately 1 minute.
3. Add both flours, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently mix dry into liquid ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough. Add a splash of Vainilla Molina and stir gently.
4. Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 338 °F.

5. Lightly grease a muffin tin with butter and sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
6. Transfer dough to a pastry bag and distribute it in mold. Bake for 8-10 minutes, and when ready, remove pan from oven and tap lightly to release muffins.

7. Let cool completely on a rack before decorating.
8. Melt white chocolate and pour into a pastry bag with a thin nozzle. Draw "mummy bandages" on cupcakes in a messy, crisscross pattern, leaving room for eyes.
9. Place candy eyes on each cupcake, using a little white chocolate as glue if necessary.
10. Let chocolate cool and store in a cool place. Enjoy!

• 2 ½ cups of boiled water
• 11 flavorless gelatin envelopes, 1 oz each
• 1 grape flavor gelatin envelope (3oz, no sugar)
• 1 orange flavor gelatin envelope (3oz, no sugar)
• 1 lemon flavor gelatin envelope (3oz, no sugar)
• 1 pineapple flavor gelatin envelope (3oz, no sugar)
• 1 currant flavor gelatin envelope (3oz, no sugar)
• A big splash of Vainilla Molina

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix 1 flavor gelatin envelope, add 2 envelopes of flavorless gelatinand stir until combined. Do this step with all the flavors.
2. Boil the water and add ½ cup to each bowl of the gelatin mixtures. Stir welluntil the lumps disappear.
3. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina to each bowl.
4. With the help of a syringe or a dropper add to the mold.
5. Refrigerate for 10 min or until they are firm to the touch.
